    The website has incorrect/missing information? Can this be changed?

    This is just a preview of your website, based on information we were able to find online and with the best practices for your industry. We can always make content changes to the website to ensure your satisfaction.

    How long does it take to get the website setup and live?

    In almost all cases the website will be taken live within 24 hours after Fisherman support schedules onboarding call with you. In the event that you already own a domain that you’d like to use, you will typically need to provide us either with Delegate Access or specific credentials depending on who currently holds your domain. This can occasionally cause a delay, but our support team is here to assist should you need it.

    How much does it cost? What is included?

    The website is priced at $99/mo. with a one-time $150 setup fee. This is billed directly by DaySmart on a monthly basis. This includes domain purchase, website hosting, website design, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), website support, DaySmart booking integration, mobile optimization and future content updates and changes.

    How does that compare to other options?

    At the low cost end of the website spectrum is DIY (“Do-It-Yourself”) solutions that typically end up costing about as much monthly, all in, yet require you to design, update and manage the website and provide no SEO to drive website traffic. At the high end, you pay thousands upfront (before you see anything) and even more every time you want to make edits and changes, and it still requires you to put together branding and work with them to develop the site. Our sites are positioned in the middle, require no effort, are low-cost and produce impactful ROI with the traffic we are able to drive to the website.

    How do I make edits or changes to the website? Can I edit the website myself?

    There are two ways you can make edits on the website. The first is via the client support team at Fisherman. Edits can be sent to support@gofisherman.com. The second option is to use the Fisherman Dashboard to make content edits directly. You will receive login credentials once you are fully signed up with DaySmart. We recommend that you send over a logo, services menu, photos and updated hours to the support team if you’d like to update any of these from the preview website.
